William Belongia

William L. J. Belongia 56, of Watertown passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018 with his loving family by his side.

Bill was born on July 20, 1961 in Washington D.C., the son of Clyde and Fuji (Higa) Belongia. Bill was united in marriage to Wendy Blawat on September 22, 1979 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Waterford, WI and the two were blessed with 3 loving children. Bill worked as a field service engineer for the majority of his life. For leisure, Bill was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing, and being out in nature. His children remember him as a loving father that took good care of his family. Bill will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Bill is survived by: his loving wife of 38 years Wendy Belongia; his three children, Tabitha (Larry) Sutton, Joseph (Kristin) Belongia, and Nathan (Tina) Belongia; 2 grandchildren, Zoe and Joseph; and 2 sisters, Lilly Schaefer, and Jessica Belongia. Bill is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Bill is preceded in death by: his parents, and a sister, Fuji Anne.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
