Willena "Lena" R. Silha 93 of Waterloo passed away on Monday March 17, 2014 at Willowbrook Nursing and Rehab in Lake Mills.
Lena was born on July 5, 1920 in Gorman, TX the daughter of William and Myrtle (Pittman) Johnson. She was retired from General Casualty Insurance Madison/Sun Prairie. Lena married Alvin Silha on July 26, 1941 in El Paso, TX. She was a member of Waterloo United Methodist Church. Lena was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and enjoyed boating and spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include:son Larry (Valery) Silha of Waterloo; two grandchildren Larry (Kristie) Silha Jr, of Reeseville and Lyndy Silha of Waterloo; three great grandchildren Amanda (Dustin) Stefanski of Pembine, WI, Coleton Silha and Jakyb Silha both of Reeeville; great great granddaughter Jocelyn Stefanski. She is also survived by a number of nieces, other relatives and friends.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
