Wanda Kuhle

Wanda J. Kuhle, 91 of Waterloo, died on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Oak Ridge Living of Sun Prairie.

Wanda was born on January 18, 1927 in Blackhawk, IA the daughter of Herbert and Edna (Gibbs) Korth.  On June 18, 1949, she married Fred Kuhle at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Sun Prairie.  Fred and Wanda worked hard at their Waterloo Farm for many years.  The couple had 3 sons and enjoyed 53 years of marriage until his death in 2002.   Wanda liked to play Bingo and had an infectious and unforgettable smile.  She was a sharp, cheerful and witty lady.  Wanda enjoyed life and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by: her Son James of Madison; and a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Wanda is preceded in death by her husband and Sons Charles and Mark.

The family would like to express a sincere thank you to staff at Sienna Crest of Marshall, Oak Ridge Living of Sun Prairie, Agrace Hospice for the loving care provided.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Holy Family – Waterloo Campus with Fr. Jorge Miramontes presiding.  Visitation will be on Tuesday from 10:00 until the time of service at the church.  She will be buried at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery of Sun Prairie following the service.
