Victor Neubauer

February 2, 1922 — August 25, 2013

Victor A. Neubauer 91, of Watertown passed away on Sunday Aug. 25, 2013 at the Golden Living Center in Watertown.
Victor was born on Feb. 2, 1922 in Watertown the son of Herman and Loretta (Scobie) Neubauer. He married Virginia Dobbe on May 23, 1942 at Trinity Lutheran Church. He served in the U.S. Army from 1942-46. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where he was the oldest living baptized member. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting and fishing.
Survivors include: wife Virginia Neubauer; daughter Carol (Alan) Sanders; son Richard Neubauer all of Watertown; two brothers Harvey Neubauer of Watertown and Lester Neubauer of Portage; sister Lorraine Hady of Arlington Heights, IL; also survived by a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Gladys Timple. Memorials to Trinity Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday Aug.29, 2013 at the Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home in Watertown with the Rev. Brett Brauer officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10-11 a.m. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery Watertown.
