Thomas Olszewski

Thomas C. Olszewski, 68 of Watertown, Wi passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at his home.

Tom was born on May 17, 1949 to John and Josephine (Lubinski) Olszewski in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He married Mary Chartier on September 16, 1967 in Illinois and the two enjoyed 50 years of marriage together and were blessed with 4 wonderful children. Tom worked as a Sales Manager in the water treatment industry for over 30 years. He was very active in the Knights of Columbus, earning the rank of 4th Degree Knight. He was also an active member of the Water Quality Association. Along with these interests, he was also a member of the Tichigan Lion’s Club. For leisure, Tom enjoyed bowling and fishing. He was the quintessential salesman, charismatic and funny. His family remembers him as a strong leader of the family. Tom loved his family. He was happiest when spending time with those closest to him. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed.

Tom is survived by: his loving wife Mary; his 4 children, Jacquelyn Ensenbach, Thomas (Tina) Olszewski, Charlene (Tom) Kennedy, and Nathan Olszewski; 14 grandchildren, Melissa (Craig), Stephanie, Faye, Tommie III, John, Richard, Nicholas, Alicia, Thomas Jr., Gabrielle, Tayla, Nathan Jr., Kahlia, and Koda; 4 great-grandchildren, Craig Jr., Isaac, Mary, and Sarah; 7 siblings, Eileen, Donna, Bonnie, Mary, John, Tim, and Ronnie. Tom is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Tom is preceded in death by: his parents, 3 brothers, and 3 sisters.

A mass of Christian burial will be held for Tom on Monday, April 16, 2018 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church at 11:00AM with Fr. Robert Hughes and Fr. David Wanish presiding. Internment will follow the mass in the parish cemetery.
