Spencer Grover

Spencer W. Grover (age 20) died Aug 26th, from injuries sustained in an auto accident in Portland Township.
He was born in Madison, WI on Valentine's Day 1992 to Timothy and Teri Grover (Barringer). He was baptized at St. John Lutheran Church in Madison WI. He attended grade school at St. John Lutheran School,Waterloo, where he was confirmed into the Lutheran faith. He graduated from Waterloo High School in 2010 where he played on the football, basketball and baseball teams and ran track. He was on the Prom Court for two years and the Homecoming Court in his junior year. He was taking HVAC classes at MATC. He had previously been employed Bell Labs in Madison and was currently employed at Caron Fiber Molding in Johnson Creek.
He is survived by his parents Timothy and (step mother) Sandy (Warmuth) Grover of Waterloo, and Terri and (step father) Chris Pace of Conway SC; brothers Patrick Grover and Trevor Warmuth, sister Cora Rose; Grandparents Darlene and Arthur (Hank) Grover of Fitchburg, Pam McIntyre of Myrtle Beach SC, step grandparents Eugene and Deloris Warmuth of Marshall; great grandparents Bev and Pat Boisen of Myrtle Beach SC, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at St. John Lutheran Church, 413 E Madison St. (main street), Waterloo, WI, beginning with visitation at 2:30 p.m. until the time of the service at 5:30 p.m. with pastor Thomas Wilsman officiating. Interment will following immediately at Washington Cemetery in Portland. All are invited to fellowship immediately following in the school cafeteria.
Spencer was a happy-go-lucky young man who showed great promise to lead a long and productive life, and was loved by many family members and friends. Spencer will not only live on in our memories, but also through 5 recipients of his organs, which were donated through the Transplant Program at UW Hospital. God bless you Spencer - you will live on in them.
Memorials will be directed to the athletic program at St. John Lutheran School, a one-time refrigeration scholarship in his name at MATC, or the charity of your choice.
