Renee Ruth Wickert, age 68 of Watertown, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2015 at Golden Living Center in Watertown.
Renee was born on August 18, 1946 in Watertown, WI, the daughter of Fred and Elaine (Hollatz) Wickert. She attended St. Mark's Lutheran School and Lincoln School. Renee enjoyed country music, loved to sing and dance, and was an avid Elvis fan. She also enjoyed traveling to Branson and the Grand Ole Opry, horseback riding, and spending time with Kit Cat. Renee brought joy to every life she touched.
Renee is survived by one brother, Herschel (Janet) Wickert; one sister, Darlene (Bernie) Nicodemus; five nieces and nephews, Dawn (Caudill) Olson, Chad (Stacy) Wickert, Richelle Kuehl, Christine (Mark) Johnson, Kimberly (Mike) Fickau; nine great nieces and nephews, Vince Uttech, Logan Olson, Elaine Olson, Taylor Wickert, Hannah Wickert, Marni Wickert, Bennett Kuehl, Bryce Kuehl, Eliana Fickau and one aunt, Ellen Hollatz. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Jensen officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Glenview Memorial Gardens in Ixonia.
