Rebecca Flegal

Rebecca R. Flegal, 31, of Watertown went home to be with her Savior on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Watertown Hospital.

Rebecca was born on December 5, 1987 in Monroe, Wisconsin. She is the daughter of James and Joyce (Currie) Jensen. In her home town of New Glarus, Wisconsin she married Benjamin Flegal on May 10, 2014 and the couple enjoyed 4 years of marriage. Rebecca was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Watertown and worked for many years as an administrative assistant for Maranatha Baptist University. Rebecca enjoyed life; she had a very outgoing personality and was known by many as helpful, reliable, resourceful, and spunky.  In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her husband visiting zoos, museums, and libraries; above all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Rebecca was a loving and beloved wife and was loved by many and will be dearly missed by those who were blessed to have known her.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, her parents, Sister Katheryn (Jon) Eads, Father and Mother in law Gregory and Linda Flegal, Brother in law Matthew (Becky) Flegal, Sisters in law Jeannie (Ken) Schoonbeck, Hannah Flegal, and Lydia Flegal. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Rebecca is preceded in death by her Grandparents.

A funeral service for Rebecca will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 5:00pm at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Robert J. Loggans presiding. A visitation will be held at the church from 3:00pm until the time of service. A private family burial will take place on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 11:00am at Ebenezer Moravian Cemetery in Watertown.
