Mary Ann (Marie) Schweitzer, age 92, of Brookfield, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday afternoon, April 10, 2013 at the Rainbow Hospice in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.
Marie is survived by her daughters: Mary Ann (Francis) Schmit of Waukesha; Sandy (Lyle) Kelliher of Social Circle GA; Jane (Tim) Burton of Watertown; grandson Ed (Kathy) Schmit, granddaughters Anne (Scott) Jacka, Kate (Tim) Horter, Betsy (Bryan) Howell, Becky (Scott) Lieberman, Jenny (John) Ziemann,, Kelly (Jeff) Joerres and her special pet cat, Scutter. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ed and her brothers George and John Hart.
Marie enjoyed camping with her friends from Brookfield, bowling and was especially fond of entertaining her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 13th at St. John Vianney Parish, 1755 North Calhoun Road in Brookfield followed by a Mass at 10:30 a.m. Internment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Waukesha.
