Lloyd H. Voss 89, of Watertown passed away on Sat. Jan. 12, 2013.
Lloyd was born on Oct. 4, 1923 in Fond du Lac the son of Hubert and Mathilda (Neuman) Voss. He served in the Army during World War II and then became a businessman in Watertown, owing Voss Motors 1946-1970. Lloyd and his wife of 65 years, Lorraine spent many happy years wintering in Arizona City, AZ.
Survivors include: wife Lorraine; son Steven of Watertown; daughter Susan (James) Bliefernicht of Waupun; four grandchildren Spence Voss, Katie (Voss) Zoellick, Jacob and Kristin Bliefernicht; two great grandsons Noah Zoellick and Beckett Bliefernicht. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. Memorials to St. John's Lutheran Church, Easter Seals or Father Flanagan Boystown-Nebraska would be appreciated.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM on Wednesday Jan. 16, 2013 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Ixonia with the Rev. Allen Tetzlaff presiding. Visitation will be held on Wednesday 9:00 AM until the time of service at the church. Burial will be in the Norwegian Lutheran Cemetery in Ixonia.
