Linda A Borstad

Linda A. Borstad, 62, of Watertown, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Lake Mills Health Services.

Linda was born on September 16, 1961, in Watertown, the daughter of Herbert and Claire (Twomey) Duesterbeck. She spent the majority of her life as an owner and operator of Why Not Bar in Watertown. In her free time she enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing bingo, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by those who were blessed to have known her.

Linda is survived by her sons Lucas Ruehlow and Chad (Julie) Martinez, siblings Jim Duesterbeck, Salley (Jeff) Lovick, Chuck Duesterbeck, and Tom Duesterbeck. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Jay, and brothers Donny and Mike.

A Friends and family gathering will be held from 5:00-7:00pm on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home in Watertown.
