Lester "Leonard" W. Behm 54 of Lake Mills passed away on Sat. Oct. 20, 2012.
Leonard was born on Oct. 19, 1958 in Fort Atkinson the son of William & Betty (Jacob) Behm. He attended Lake Mills high school. He worked for Fiberdome in Lake Mills and at Mastermold in Watertown. Leonard was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Lake Mills. He was an avid NASCAR, Packers and Brewers fan. He loved going to the Michigan NASCAR race and loved spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include: parents William and Betty Behm of Waterloo; 3 sisters Sue (David) Peschel of Lake Mills, Sharon (Joe) Guttenberg of Jefferson and Sandy (Eric) Hensler of Waterloo; also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by a brother Donald and a niece Marci Peschel. Memorials to the family or the charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
Funeral service will be held 7:00 PM on Tuesday Oct. 23, 2012 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Waterloo with the Rev. Bruce McKenney of St. Paul's Lutheran Church Lake Mills presiding. Visitation will be on Tuesday 4:00 PM until the time of service at the church. Burial will be on Wednesday 10:00 AM in the Medina Cemetery in Marshall.
