Lenore Albanese

Lenore "Queenie" A. Albanese 76, of Watertown passed away on Monday May 1, 2017 at AngelsGrace Hospice Care in Oconomowoc.
Lenore was born on June 19, 1940 in Chicago, IL the daughter of William and Antoinette (Ball) Sinkenberg. Lenore married the love of her life Nicholas on Aug. 12, 1961 at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Chicago.
Lenore was a gentle and kind lady who never complained even when times were hard. She was active with the historical society as a board member and was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church. She enjoyed antiquing, going for rides and traveling. She accompanied Nick to numerous jobsites around the world, including England, France, Spain, Montréal, Budapest and Poland. Lenore was an animal lover and especially loved dogs. Above all she loved spending time with her family and always looked forward to family dinners.
Survivors include: Husband Nicholas Albanese of Watertown: Sons Ron (Elizabeth) Albanese of Watertown and Chris (Jill) Albanese of Lake Mills: Grandchildren William and Daniel Peters: Siblings Lois Cambio, Mary Ellen (John) Martinec, Billy (Mary Ann) Sinkenberg. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials to St. Bernard's Catholic Church would be appreciated.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday May 6, 2017 at St. Bernard's Catholic Church with Fr. Patrick Wendler presiding. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the mass.
