Kathleen M. Clark, 74, of Watertown passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Park Terrace.
Kathy was born on October 23, 1943 in Duluth, Minnesota the daughter of Michael and Marjorie (Jeffries) McGraw. She married the love of her life, Dennis Clark on September 26, 1964 and the two had three loving daughters and enjoyed 51 wonderful years of marriage together until his death in 2015. Kathy had a contagious personality. She loved being around people. She was a friend to all and made everyone feel like they were her favorite. Kathy loved the challenge of softening the hardest of hearts, and she always succeeded. She was selfless, more interested in what was happening in other’s lives than her own, until the very end. Whether it was cooking meals for neighborhood kids, taking anyone who would go to CCD, serving in her local church, or in the Watertown Food Pantry; Kathy took care of those she came in contact with. For leisure, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren, work in the garden, and travel. As well as play golf and cards with her many friends. She’s remembered by her daughters as a true woman, never losing her manners in any situation. She led by example and will be dearly missed by her family and many, many friends.
Kathy is survived by: her loving Daughters Amy Clark, Susan (Jay Klinger) Jansen, and Jean (Dave) Lang; Grandchildren Katie (Steven) Sullivan Janezic, Austin and Ryan Jansen, Colin, Erin, Keegan, Maggie, Riley, and Brinley Lang. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
She is preceded in death by: her husband of 51 years, Dennis Clark, her Parents, and her niece Hilarie LaTurno
In lieu of flowers, memorials St. Bernard’s Catholic School, Marquardt Hospice or The Watertown Food Pantry in Kathy’s honor would be appreciated.
