Karen F. Phillips

Karen F. Phillips of Watertown, WI, passed away on November 24th, 2023, at Rainbow Hospice Inpatient Center of Johnson Creek surrounded by her family.

Karen was born December 19th, 1941, in Milwaukee WI, the daughter of Fred and Virgina Cassel. On October 14th, 1961, Karen married Joseph J. Phillips and enjoyed 44yrs of marriage before his death in 2005. Karen enjoyed spending time with family and vacationing in Disney World.

Karen is survived by her children Dawn (Dave) Johnson, Jeff (Mary) Phillips, 4 grandchildren David (Melinda) Johnson, Christopher (Allyssa) Johnson, Sam and Carly Phillips, 4 great grandchildren, Joseph, Benjamin, Ella and Jack Johnson. Karen is also survived by her sister Barbara (Deane) Miller, niece Tracie (Marty) Asher and nephew Mark Rakowski.

Karen is preceded in death by her parents, husband Joseph, sister Pat and brother-in-law Dennis Rakowski.

Karen will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Prairie du Chein, WI, at a later date.
