Joyce Bunnell

Joyce E. Bunnell, 86, of Waterloo, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Aurora Medical Center.

Joyce was born on November 15, 1931 in Vernon County, WI, the daughter of Archie and Marie (Burdick) Kidd. Joyce was a manager, waitress, and cook in restaurants for many years, she loved trying out different recipes and putting her skills to the test. She enjoyed gardening and specifically planting different types of cactuses. Joyce was a very creative lady, using her skills to decorate and restore older items to new treasures. Joyce will be missed dearly by her beloved family and those who were fortunate to be a part of her life.

Joyce is survived by: her sons and daughters, James (Agnes) Meader, Janet (Dale) Erickson, Judy Demeter, Joseph Meader, Janelle (Joseph) Schwartz, and Jerry (Susan) Meader; 15 grandchildren, and a number of cute great grandchildren. Siblings: Ruth Lane and Leslie (Alzena) Kidd. Joyce is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, grandchildren Dawn Meader and James Eldridge, her sister Myrtle Wesley, brothers Ernest, Mileborne, and Howard.
