Jacquelyn S. Clark, 55 of Waterloo, died on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Meriter Hospital of Madison.
Jacquelyn was born on June 28, 1960 in Columbus, WI, the daughter of James and Emma (Schmeling) Clark. She is a 1978 Graduate of Waterloo High School and earned a degree as a Medical Assistant. She met Sandy Corrie during high school and the couple enjoyed 40 years together and spent most weekends camping in Lyndon Station. Jacqui lived to help others. She planned to volunteer at local hospitals when she retired. She worked for 35 years at the UW Clinics of Madison and was a vital part of her department. Jacqui was a standout and treasured worker who organized many aspects of the clinic. Jacqui loved candy and kept "the good stuff" accessible - ALWAYS. She loved her 3 dogs was the picture of patients. She had a tender heart and was very humble, often directing credit towards others. Her final selfless act was an anatomical gift, and her loved one's find comfort knowing that Jacquelyn S. Clark's earthly body is helping others live.
She is survived by: her loving Partner Sandy Corrie of Waterloo; 3 Siblings Janet (Ron) Jessberger of Sun Prairie, James "Barry"(JoAnne) Clark of Amery, WI, and Jon (Patti) Clark of Philadelphia, PA; Nephew Tori, Nieces Nicole, Carrie, Lisa, Lyndsay, and Jamie; Extended Family Members Toni (Vic) Herschi, Tony (JoAnne) Ponda, Lee (Joey) Corrie, Wally Scheiber, Lynn Corrie, and David (Dawn) Corrie. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Jacqui is preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Waterloo with Rev. Robb Kosky presiding. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00AM until the time of service at the church. Burial will take place at a later date.
