Inez M. Zastrow 88 of Watertown passed away Friday September 28, 2012 at Golden Assisted Living.
Inez was born on August 28, 1924 in Oconomowoc the Daughter of Edward & Hilda (Smith) Bankert. She was a graduate of Oconomowoc High School. She married Eldor Zastrow on October 19, 1946 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Ixonia where she was a lifelong member. She was employed at the Daytime Bakery for most of her life.
Survivors include: One brother Edward (Mary) Bankert of Oconomowoc; Nephew Eugene Kieck, of Ixonia; One sister in law Elaine Bankert of Oconomowoc. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 brother and four sisters.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday October 4, 2012 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Ixonia with Rev. Martin Stuebs presiding. Visitation will be held at 9:00 AM prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Lutheran Cemetery Watertown. Memorials to St. John's Lutheran Church, Ixonia would be appreciated by the family.
