Flora Bergman

Flora B. Bergman, 78 of Watertown passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Golden Living Center of Watertown.
Flora was born on November 28, 1935 in Vermont Township, WI to Joseph and Clara Tollefson. She graduated from Black Earth High School and in her senior year, was voted homecoming queen. On September 8, 1956 Flora was married to the love of her life, Charles Bergman, in Vermont Lutheran Church. Flora and Chuck enjoyed 41 years of wedded bliss. Flora was a homemaker for the majority of her life, but spent a number of years employed at the Bank of Madison, where she worked as a secretary. She loved to go shopping, going out for dinner and sang in the musical group "Sweet Adeline's".
Flora is survived by: her son Todd of Reesville, sister Carol Hohn of Mount Horeb, brother Calvin Tollefson of Black Earth, 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Flora will also be deeply missed by her dear friend Gail Algiers of Watertown.
She is preceded in death by: her husband Charles in 1997, her son Kent in 2013 and her brother Jim.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday at 2:00PM at Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home - Watertown with the Rev. Dean Natterstad presiding. A visitation will be held on the day of service from 1:00PM to 2:00PM at the funeral home.
