Eunice L. Doschadis, 95 of Waterloo, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Meriter Hospital of Madison with her loving Daughter Nancy by her side.
Eunice was born on April 23, 1920 in Duluth, MN, the daughter of Ole and Esther (Johnson) Winther. She was youngest of three daughters and the family lived Superior, WI. She was a 1938 graduate of Superior Central High School and a graduate of beauty school. In July of 1944, Eunice married Charles A. Doschadis at St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Waterloo, WI. She was a sweet lady, who loved attending productions at the Fireside Dinner Theater. Eunice loved to travel and visited places like Hawaii, Florida and trips "Up North". Elvis held a VERY special place in her heart. She saw "the King" perform 4 times and even stood in line throughout the night to insure she got her tickets. She will be dearly missed.
Eunice is survived by: her Daughter Nancy Doschadis of Waterloo; Nieces Kay and Anita Wepfer both of Hayward; and Nephew Robert Dauplaise of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by a number of other relatives and many friends.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, husband, Son Larry and Sisters Marion and Betty.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Willow's - Nursing and Rehabilitation for their kind hearts and loving care.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Waterloo with Rev. Rob Kosky presiding. Visitation will be on Thursday from 9:30AM until the time of service at the church. Burial will at Oak Hill Cemetery following the service.
