Esther Marie Seidel 88, of Watertown passed away on Thursday Aug. 23, 2012 at Bethesda Lutheran Communities.
Esther was born on Aug. 6, 1924 in South Bend, IN the daughter of Fred Lindemeyer and Ruth Seidel. She worked at the Bethesda workshop working with ceramics, rug weaving and fire starters. Esther enjoyed chapel services and Bible classes at Bethesda and especially liked carrying the processional cross to begin the worship service at Bethesda's Chapel of the Good Shepherd. Her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ was most important to her and she now shares eternal life with Jesus.
She is survived by her many friends and caregivers at Bethesda Lutheran Communities. Memorials may be given to Bethesda Lutheran Communities.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday August 28, 2012 at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at Bethesda with the Rev. Dennis Kneer presiding. Visitation will be held on Tuesday 1:00 PM until the time of service at the Chapel. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery Watertown.
