Erna F. Uecker 82, of Lebanon passed away on Saturday May 31, 2014 at Clearview Nursing Home in Juneau.
Erna was born on Nov. 15, 1931 in Oak Grove Township the daughter of Fred and Junietta (Stark) Neumann. She married Orlando Uecker on Aug. 16, 1952 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lebanon. She and her husband farmed the family farm in the Town of Hustisford for many years. She was an active and lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lebanon. Erna was a hard worker, great cook and loved music. She played the guitar in the Hustisford Concertina Club. Erna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include: four children: Darrell Uecker of Menomonee Falls, Shari Uecker of Watertown, Michael (Becky) Uecker of Lebanon and Sandra (Greg) Ninnmann of Neosho; six grandchildren: Andrew, Crystal, Matthew (Jaime), Ashley, Zachary (Becky) and Rozalyn; three great grandchildren: Sawyer, Tenley and Olivia; Brother Carl (Evelyn) Neumann of Waupun; sister-in-law JoAnn Neumann of Watertown; also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother Marvin.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 4, 2014 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lebanon with the Rev. David Phillips presiding. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery in Lebanon.
