Earl R. Buske 80 of Watertown passed away Wednesday August 8, 2012 at Golden Assisted Living in Watertown.
Earl was born on July 7, 1932 in Concord, WI the son of Roy & Mertle (Eckert) Buske. Earl married Carol Schaefer on September 10, 1955 at the Concord Methodist Church. He was employed as a forklift driver in the metal container manufacturing industry for 39 years until his retirement at age 62. He was a Korean War veteran and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Watertown.
Survivors include: wife Carol Buske of Watertown; two daughters Cindy Buske of Neillsville, WI and Carrie (Chad) Fredrick of Watertown; four grandchildren Karissa, Amber, Jade and Karson; two sisters Jean Schwisthal of Beaver Dam and Grace Milbrath of Sullivan; one brother Everett Buske of Beaver Dam; and a special hunting buddy Bob Fischer of Watertown; also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Earl is preceded in death by his parents and nine siblings.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday August 11, 2012 at Pederson Funeral Home Watertown with Rev. Dr. Robert J. Loggans presiding. Visitation will be at 9:00 AM prior to the service at the funeral home. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorials can be made to the family or a charity of one's choice. The family would like to thank Rainbow Hospice for all of their care and support.
