Delores Wegner

Delores G. Wegner, 88 of Watertown, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Watertown Regional Medical Center.
She was born on August 15, 1925 in Ashippun, WI the daughter of Arthur and Olinda (Hinze) Kehl. Delores attended Oconomowoc High School and was a long-time and active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Lebanon. On January 26, 1946 she married Marvin Wegner and the couple owned and operated Wegner Oil Co. of Lebanon for 40 years. Volunteering was her passion and she spent 25 years donating her time at Marquardt Manner, Golden Living Center, Lebanon Lutheran Church and School and the local election polls. She was an avid dart-ball player. Delores was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Above all else, she had a true servant's heart - always putting other needs and desires before her own.
She is survived by: Children Connie (Orland) Fredrick of Janesville, Michael (RaeAnn)Wegner of Watertown; Grandchildren Eric (Sarah) Fredrick, Lance (Julie) Fredrick, Triscia (Tim) Ladron, Nathen (Dana) Wegner, Brett (Sarah) Wegner, Shaun (Chelsea) Wegner and Zack Wegner; Great-Grandchildren Chelsea, Cole, Allyson, Lainey, Madilyn, Jaxon, Owen, Briar, Oliver, Tyler and Lillian. Delores is also survived by a number of special nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She will also be deeply missed by special friends Marie Dobbratz and Dolores Bartee.
Delores is preceded in death by: her parents, husband, Brother Roland Kehl, and Sister Genevieve Braasch.
Memorials may be made to Immanuel Luther Church of Lebanon, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the Alzheimer's Association.
A funeral service will be Monday August 18, 2014 at 11:00AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Lebanon with Rev. David Phillips presiding. Visitation will be Sunday, August 17 at Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home from 4:00PM-6:00PM and Monday at the church from 10:00AM until the time of service. Burial at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery of Lebanon will take place at a later date.
