Daniel A. Mierow 59, of Watertown, WI, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at his home.
Daniel was born on December 20, 1955 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin the son of Gordon & Viola (Erickson) Mierow. Dan's parents loved him dearly and tenderly cared for him full time until they could no longer physically do so and at the age of 18, Dan became a resident of Bethesda Lutheran Homes where he lived for over 40 years. Dan thoroughly enjoyed his years at Bethesda. He expressed his happiness through joyful clapping and loved music as well as a good Mars candy bar. He will be dearly missed by his family.
Dan is survived by: his Mother Viola Mierow of Oak Creek; Brothers Gordon (Tess) Mierow Jr. of Racine, Douglas (Mary) Mierow of Prior Lake, Minnesota, Stephen (Kathy) Mierow of Grafton, William (Roxanne) Mierow of Cornelius, North Carolina, John (Pam)Mierow of Nashville, Indiana, Paul (Patty) Mierow of Franklin, Mark (Brenda) Mierow Sr. of Cudahy; Sisters Elizabeth (Mike) Slamka of Racine, Rebecca (Ed) Mierow-Vallee of Oak Creek, Deborah (Rick) Paget of South Milwaukee. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, relatives and other friends.
He is preceded in death by: his Father Gordon; and Sister Barbara Swendrowski.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Bethesda Lutheran Homes in Daniel's name would be appreciated.
