Cynthia Ann Poisel 55, of Lake Mills, passed away on Sunday Sept. 30, 2012, surrounded by her family at her home in Lake Mills.
Cindy was born on Oct. 14, 1956 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Donald & Joan (Boatman) Hoffmann. She married Bernard Poisel on Dec. 17, 1977 in Phoenix, AZ. She worked in various administrative roles at Watertown Regional Medical Center for a number of years. Cindy was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lake Mills and she loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her three daughters Amanda (Be) Ware of Milwaukee, Audra (Ken) Mueller Jr. of Johnson Creek and Amber Poisel of Lake Mills; 10 grandchildren Jasmyn, Be II, Cora, Evelyn, Aubrey, Kendra, Kenny III, Aidan, Alana and Ashton; parents Donald and Joan Hoffmann of Cobb; sister Lisa (Frank) Straubhaar of Blue Mounds, WI; also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Bernard and a brother Donald. Memorials to the family would be appreciated.
A Memorial service will be held on Sunday Oct. 7, 2012, 5:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lake Mills with the Rev. Mark Dressel presiding. Visitation will be held on Thursday Oct. 4, 2012, 4-7 PM at the Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home Watertown.
