Charles "Chuck" R. Lisius, age 82, of Lake Mills, passed away Thursday May 23, 2013 at London Lodge, Cambridge, WI. Charles was born May 4, 1931 in Lake Mills, the son of Carl and Marguerite (Bruegger) Lisius. He graduated from Lake Mills High School in 1950 and from the University of Wisconsin Agriculture Short Course in 1953. Chuck spent happy summers working at Yellowstone National Park where he met his future wife Lucille. He married Lucille Belisle on September 11, 1954 in Winona, MN. He worked as truck driver for over 40 years and enjoyed meeting new people on his travels. Chuck loved spending time with his family and was well known for his story telling and good humor.
Charles is survived by his wife of 58 years Lucille, 10 children; Jay (Traci), Carl (Deborah), Marie (Mark) Lisius, Jenny (Tim) Ebert, Paula (Doug) Hallum, Andrew (Stacey), Eric (Maria), Roseanne (Timm) Punzel, Molly (Brian) Hooper, and Samuel.
32 grandchildren; Abigal (Joe) Dery, Adam (Jennifer) Lisius, Anna (Phillip) Lisius, Rachel and Cody Lisius, Ian and Lucas Brabander, Emily (Mark) Traynor, Brian (Ashley) Wendt, Ashly and Hillary Wendt, Rebecca (Dan) Plitzuweit, Benjamin and Jacob Nickel, Anthony (Amanda) Lisius, Bianca, Kiaira, Emeric and Grey Lisius, Charles and Alexander Lisius, Courtney (Justin) Brock, Kaleb and Hannah Punzel, Lucy, Henry, Sophie and August Hooper, Kylie, Madelyn, Samuel and Wyatt Lisius, 10 great-grandchildren, brothers; Donald, Gordon and Thomas, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, grandson and a great-grandson.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday May 31, 2013 at ST. FRANCIS XAVIER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 602 College St., Lake Mills, with Fr. David Wanish presiding. Burial will be in Rock Lake Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Thursday May 30, 2013 at the church, with a Rosary Service at 6:00 PM, and also a visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass at church on Friday.
