Byron F. Weihert 77 of Waterloo passed away on Tuesday Sept. 18, 2012 at the Rainbow Hospice Inpatient Center in Johnson Creek.
Byron Was born on Jan. 26, 1935 in the Town of Medina the son of Emil & Lillian (Heiman) Weihert. He married Eunice Klug on Oct. 20, 1957 in Chicago, IL. Byron worked as a forklift operator for Perry Judd's for 23 years retiring in April 2000. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include: Wife Eunice Weihert of Waterloo; five children Pamela (George) Miescher of Reeseville, Gregory (Barbara) Weihert of Waterloo, Douglas Weihert of Wisconsin Rapids, Deborah (Robert) Hubanks of Waterloo and Randel (Kimberly) Pardeeville; six grandchildren Michael and Jeffrey Miescher, Melissa Hubanks, Zachery Weihert, Cody Weihert and Felicia Weihert; great grandchild Cameron Miescher; two sisters Sally (Lyle) Martin and Norine (Robert) Smith both of California; brother Richard Weihert of Waterloo; also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and four brothers Donald, Russel, Harvey, Thomas and Lester. Memorials may be made to Rainbow Hospice Inpatient Center or Waterloo United Methodist Church.
A private family funeral will be held and burial will be in Washington Cemetery in the Town of Portland.
