Barbara J. Schulz 67, of Watertown passed away on Monday April 3, 2017 at the VA hospital in Madison.
Barbara was born on June 13, 1949 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Robert and Christine (Michalski) Tafel. She worked as an RN with U.W. Hospital for seventeen years. Barbara retired from the Army after serving for twenty-five years. She loved bartending at Harryz Boondocks in Hubbleton.
Survivors include: daughter Jennifer Bowers; granddaughter Corrin Bowers; mother Christine; brothers Robert (Barbara) Tafel and James Tafel; she is also survived by a niece Dominique, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father and sister Ramona.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Harryz Boondocks in Hubbleton on Saturday April 15, 2017 from 12-4 PM.
