Arvin Thomas Apple 89, of Watertown passed away Sunday February 17, 2013 at Golden Living Center in Watertown.
Arvin was born on August 26, 1923 in La Valle, Wisconsin the son of Phillip & Eva (Peanson) Apple. He was a 1941 Graduate of Reedsburg High School. Arvin served in the Army from 1943-1945 and married Jeanette Ruth Glaus on June 15, 1957 at Christ United Methodist Church where he was a lifelong Member. He worked at Wisconsin Telephone Company for 41 years and retired in 1982. Arvin was a member of the Telephone Pioneers.
Arvin is survived by his personal representative Paula Benavides of Lomira, WI. and is the last member of his immediate family. He is preceded in death by his parents and family.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Sunday February 24, 2013 at Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home Watertown with Rev. Ron Kral presiding. Visitation will be held at 12:00 PM Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Watertown following the service. Memorials to Christ United Methodist Church would be appreciated.
